You can change your company and payment details while continuing to use the same original Account, keeping all your historic payment and data in Reports.

You do not need to create a new Account.

If you only need to change your payment details, contact us as soon as possible to communicate the new details. We will update our system, all you have to do is remember to update the new payment details in future invoices.

If you need to change your company information such as company name or VAT number, you will need to complete a new invoice request form in order to send invoices.

The new form will be the reference for approval of new invoices. The accrued compensation must be invoiced with your pre-existing company name.

You can apply the new invoicing data for invoices indicating compensation accrued after the modification of the company payment details.

Contact us explaining why you want to change the company name and we will send an email with a link to the new form.
