If 60 days have passed from your invoice date, you may not have been credited yet because:

  • 60 days have not actually passed since the receipt of your invoice (i.e. from the date it was uploaded in the Payments section). Check the date under the payment icon

  • 60 days have passed but we are still distributing payments, which occur every Tuesday and Thursday excluding holidays. Consider at least 1 business day to receive the credit

  • Today is a holiday

  • The payment method you have chosen requires a few more days to complete the operation (frequently occurs with bank transfers)

If the credit delay is due to a bank transfer, we suggest you wait a few more days or contact your bank directly.

If your case does not fall under any of these reasons, please contact us providing your company name and the payment details in question. We will verify the transaction.
