If you have reached the payout minimum but don't see a new payment in the Payments Section, a couple reasons could be:

  • the 5th of the month hasn't passed, meaning payments are still being processed and haven't been registered yet in the Payments Section

  • You haven't sent a request to enable invoices to Viralize or you haven't completed the authorization procedure

  • You reached the payout minimum after the referenced month

  • Your payout is higher than 50€, see the thresholds here.
